Biography
Nursing Sister Velma Mae MacKay (born 1925) is the daughter of Nina Saul and Stanley McKay of Thamesford. She served from 1950-1956 with the Royal Canadian Medical Corp in Japan and Korea during the Korean War. She married William L. Watt in 1953 in Japan. He was an army officer in the Intelligence Corps. Following the war, they lived in Ottawa.
